Lisa Worgan is Head of Curriculum for Victoria Academies Trust, a Primary led Academy chain in the West Midlands. For the last 9 years, Lisa has been responsible for the quality of the curriculum approach in the schools within the Trust; both those that are in sponsored to improve and those wanting to reach innovative practice and stand out. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Primary Specialist Schools Consultant for the Real Ideas Organisation, and as part of the team responsible for delivering Creative Partnerships within the UK. Lisa also runs her own educational consultancy, Considering Curriculum LTD to be able to support other schools and educational organisations with development of their practice.
