Many large companies such as Marks & Spencer, Accenture, Barclays, Ernst & Young, IBM, Travelodge and Sainsbury's run school-leaver programmes with different entry requirements. Programmes typically last between one and four years and offer on-the-job training and career prospects. Plus you get to earn while you learn.
