Donna Mason is a Careers Development Manager at a Roding Valley High School in Essex. Donna has a Level 6 Postgraduate Qualification in Careers Leadership and has been responsible for careers delivery for years 7-12 for the past seven years.  During her time at Roding Valley High the school has twice achieved RoQA (Recognition of Quality Award for Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance).
