Jamala is a Branch Manager at Barclays. Last year she recently completed Barclays Higher Apprenticeship Programme; working in managerial roles within the branch network and gaining a degree. She has attended 10 Downing Street and represented Barclays at the One Young World Summit in Bangkok. She coaches girl’s football and volunteers at a music studio, helping young people to make music and build up their skills.
Ryan is a Project Manager at UpRising, a charity which seeks to open pathways for young people from diverse backgrounds. Prior to working at UpRising Ryan worked at Childline and Citizens Advice Bureau. Outside of work Ryan is also a school governor and occasionally writes articles on current affairs.
