Elaine Gorman, LifeSkills Manager, joined Business in the Community Scotland following an extensive career working in fashion and consumer PR and HR. As a regional HR manager with Royal Mail, Elaine’s passion was learning and development and talent management. Her experience in this field brings an employer perspective to the LifeSkills discussion with target schools and colleges. Elaine enjoys supporting her team to grow LifeSkills’, impact in Scotland, supporting young people to equip themselves with 21^st century work skills.
