Creating your personal brand
This module will help learners build a personal brand and understand how it is presented in the workplace. Relevant activities include identifying and communicating your Unique Selling Point (USP) and improving your digital presence.
By the end of the module, learners will be able to:
- Identify their USP
- Communicate their USP confidently
- Improve their digital presence
Learners will have the opportunity to discuss their own positive attributes and strengths and understand how to communicate these to employers in a professional way. They will also consider whether their personal brand aligns with the culture and USP of their current workplace or somewhere else they would like to work in the future.
